Where we deliver
We deliver islandwide, to every district in Sri Lanka, by courier.
Delivery timing
We'll confirm your order and an estimated delivery date once it's placed. In-stock items typically ship faster than made-to-order ones, which we'll confirm the timing for separately.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned the same way you paid — by bank transfer, or a cash adjustment for cash-on-delivery orders.
