Terms of Service
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and don't include VAT until checkout, where it's estimated at 15% — the amount confirmed on your invoice is the one that applies. Prices and availability can change at any time before an order is confirmed.
Payment
We currently accept bank transfer and cash on delivery. For bank transfers, we confirm your order once payment shows up in our account.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order yourself from your account while it's still Pending and hasn't been paid for. Once an order is confirmed, contact us to discuss cancelling it.
Made-to-order items
Some products are made to order rather than kept in stock — we'll confirm the delivery timing for these after you order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the one that applies.
